Masud Choudhary (born 10 April 1944, Mehndhar, Poonch, India) is a prominent educator, social reformer, thinker and administrator〔("Cop Turned Academic" ) 14 March 2011, Greater Kashmir〕 of Jammu and Kashmir State. ==Early life==
Masud Choudhary was born in a middle-class family in Kala Ban, a village near Loc in Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir. His father, Babu Faiz Ahmed Bajar Gujjar was also a prominent educator.〔("Tributes paid to Faiz" ) February 16, 2011, Daily Excelsior〕
